該項(xiàng)目由ZNA建筑事務(wù)所于2007年設(shè)計(jì)，預(yù)計(jì)2011年竣工。位于沙特阿拉伯Buraidah市。阿爾拉吉度開發(fā)提出的一個(gè)新的綜合高層項(xiàng)目，具有商鋪，辦公，酒店等功能，總建筑區(qū)域面積為127,605平方米，地下車庫(kù)區(qū)域?yàn)?2,535平方米，本高層大約超過200米高，將會(huì)成為這個(gè)發(fā)展中城市一個(gè)新的地標(biāo)性建筑。 This project was located in Buraidah, Saudi Arabia. The Al Rajhi Development Group proposes to develop a mixed-use high-rise project, coisting of retail stores, offices and hotel, yielding a total of 127,605 gro square meters of built-up area, with underground parking garage on a 42,535-square-meter site in the City of Buraidah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The tower will rise over 200 meters into the air, serving as a new visual landmark for the developing city.
